THE DEMONIZED SUGAR AND ... TO WHAT EXTENT PEOPLE ARE MISCONCEPTED DUE TO INCORRECT INFORMATION ...


Sugar is a Super Antioxidant...!!!

That's a big statement, right? Let me explain: When I say sugar, I mean glucose and fructose, not waffles, cakes, and all the other foods that people often associate with the word sugar. Everyone demonizes sugar as the cause of obesity and all sorts of diseases, but when we analyze the actual biochemistry of the human body, we begin to see a very different picture, revealing some extremely compelling evidence that contradicts what is "known" .... and propagated by all sorts of "experts", magazines, and other media outlets!

Popular weight loss diets, which veer towards high- fat, high-protein diets, demonize carbohydrates: sugar and glucose metabolism. These weight loss diets have extremely negative consequences for the human body due to the stressful hormonal changes required of it.

These diets demonize fruits, honey, royal jelly, and even just plain raw cane sugar with zero real evidence of their negative effects. In this article, we will debunk the myth that sugar promotes weight gain, which we know in turn leads to other negative consequences for the body.

When it comes to medical tests, the term "low this" or "high that" should never be taken as an indicator of "good" or "bad" health. Test results are relative and numbers should always be considered in the context of the individual and their lifestyle.

EXAMPLES:

1. Healthy athletes have low red blood cell counts, just like people with leukemia and kidney disease, for example.

2. Raw foodists have low white blood cell counts, just like people with certain types of cancer... Raw foodists for example also have low thyroid levels, just like people on "healthy" calorie restricted diets, just like people with thyroid problems in general... which does not make raw foodists sick with cancer. I want to emphasize here that I am not preaching raw foodism, I am just setting an example!!!

In a nutshell: there are no exact numbers and rules that determine a person's condition, especially when it comes to 'medical tests' and indicators, this is explained in detail in the Program. What there is certainly is many, many people who have become statistics, and negative ones, because science considers/sees them as numbers ... !!!

Now, back to sugar, health, and hormones. First, what is sugar?

Sugars are naturally occurring carbohydrates that provide energy to the body in the form of glucose and fructose. The brain, for example, requires about 130 grams of glucose per day to meet its most basic energy needs. Major internal organs, glands, and muscles use glucose as their primary energy source. If you don't give your body sugar, it will try to compensate through a process called gluconeogenesis, which breaks down protein and fatty acids in the body to create glucose (this leads to weight loss, which is caused by a decrease in muscle mass, not body fat).

If you do it long enough, your body goes into ketosis, which is just another form of metabolic stress that occurs during glucose deprivation. The metabolic stress caused by a low-carb diet over time leads to a number of health complications, some of which are irreversible.

Let's take the so-called "fatty liver" and its accompanying conditions such as dysentery, diabetes, hemorrhoids, constipation, parasites, alcoholism, and the like: one of the first things the prosecution points to as the culprit is fructose/sugars/carbohydrates.

What is their fault? The reality (proven by results hundreds of times in the New Cell Program) is that fructose protects against liver disease, and that when adequate amounts of choline are present in our diet, fructose consumption does not lead to the accumulation of fat in the liver at all. The problem with fatty liver has to do with the intake of too many polyunsaturated fatty acids (in short, these are liquid fats), which actually prevents the removal (I call it that for lack of a better word in my dictionary) of fat from the liver.

The results of the program prove that simple sugars actually have antioxidant effects, improving the antioxidant capacity of cells, as well as the immunity of cells, reducing inflammation and oxidative stress. That Sugar (in the sense of this article) is toxic is an absurd statement!!!

Did you know that the liver provides about 70% of active thyroid hormone by converting thyroxine to T3, but can only provide this active hormone when there is adequate glucose? This is why the New Cell program has demonstrated results in thyroid diseases.

Sugar is the main source of energy that our cells crave, simple sugars are the main fuel for the hypothalamus (the master gland), a gland that controls the level of metabolism and energy production in the thyroid gland. In conclusion: 1. Sugar does not contribute to fatty liver, unless we have a choline deficiency, which prevents the removal of fat from the liver.

2. Glucose and fructose have an antioxidant-like effect.

Is sugar a powerful antioxidant? ... I know what it sounds like, but I also know what I'm talking about, let me explain: sugar/glucose plays a vital role in the production of glutathione. In fact, we have a complex endogenous antioxidant system that is ultimately powered by glucose.

Through a process called pentose phosphate, glucose delivers hydrogen ions and electrons, which we would call reducing power, to NADPH, which is derived from niacin, which is also known as vitamin B3. The enzyme glutathione reductase uses riboflavin, also known as vitamin B2, to convert this reducing power to glutathione. Glutathione, the main endogenous antioxidant, uses this reducing power to neutralize hydrogen peroxide to water, to neutralize lipid peroxidase to less harmful hydroxy fatty acids, and to recycle vitamin C.

From there, Vitamin C recycles Vitamin E - the main defense against liquid peroxidation in cell membranes (here I am actually explaining as best I can the work of the vitamins we take in the program). The process is chained!!!

And finally: In their search for the “truth,” many people end up back where they started, gradually ruining their health. Instead of wasting more time, it would be in our best interest to educate ourselves, in a way that is based on the fundamentals of human biochemistry, physiology, and biology.

With balanced hormonal health and a fast metabolism, health can be achieved. The New Cell Program is an advocate of the above.
